Energy Certification in residential buildings : 

With the energy certification aims to regulate (from A + to G) each building or part thereof and inform the owners , buyers or tenants about the energy efficiency and energy consumption expected in its current use by an energy certificate.

In addition to energy efficiency , it is intended to assure users that the building or part thereof meets the conditions to ensure proper indoor air quality . The energy certificate contains this information .

 
When do I need Energy Certification and an Energy Certificate ? 

1 - When you have the project approved architecture and require thermal project as well as the relevant Declaration of Regulatory Compliance will be issued by ADENE , in order to complete the examination process at City Hall and get the building permit / expansion / remodeling .

 

2 - When you finish your work and need the Energy Performance Certificate and Indoor Air Quality , which will be issued by ADENE , in order to withdraw a license for use of their property .

 
3 - When you want to sell or rent out your property will have to submit to the buyer or tenant energy certificate.

 

4 - When the Energy Performance Certificate and Indoor Air Quality of your property is out of date.
